Cascade funding

Cascade fundings are European funds provided by projects already financed by the European Commission through European calls for proposals.

European cascade funding provides non-repayable contributions, with percentages ranging from 50% to 100% (often in the form of a voucher), which are provided for:

  • Developing innovative solutions
  • Developing pilot projects
  • Implementing technological solutions that use components developed by the “parent” project
