I’m Paolo Franceschini, the founder of idea-re. I help companies and professionals create new growth opportunities. At idea-re, I provide consulting and coaching services, guiding projects from the initial development phase to market entry.
\nThroughout my career, I have worked with managers from major multinational companies, entrepreneurs, startups, professionals, and students. I have assisted these individuals in discovering and developing new opportunities, often leveraging their own potential and helping them navigate their external or internal market (within a company or organization).
\nI serve as a coach in various acceleration programs and training courses, both nationally and internationally.
\nIn my free time, I love cooking and creating videos.<\/p>\n

\nI’m Joshua Yeres, a financial consultant. I have worked for 15 years as a senior strategic analyst for the Israeli government. I am a partner at Variance-Ascola, the largest independent financial consultancy in Israel, where I oversee Investment Grant Advisory activities (IIA, EU-SME, etc.) and cross-border M&A investment banking operations.
\nI specialize in the areas of smart cities, security, and water management. At idea-re, my role involves establishing connections with Israeli companies. Together with Paolo, I oversee grant advisory projects related to European funding programs and bilateral collaboration programs between Italy and Israel.
\nIn my free time, I enjoy cooking and running.<\/p>\n
